PROSPECTUS

Hao Xian Yang Limited (ACN: 622 777 637) (the Company) has lodged a supplementary prospectus (Prospectus) with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 21 September 2018. The Prospectus is intended to be read with the prospectus dated 22 June 2018 (Original Prospectus) and the replacement prospectus dated 6 July 2018 (Replacement Prospectus) and both issued by the Company.

The Prospectus is an important document that should be read by prospective investors together with the Original Prospectus and the Replacement Prospectus in its entirety before deciding whether to participate the Offer. The Company will not accept a completed Application Form if it has reason to believe that the Applicant has not received a complete and unaltered copy of the Prospectus. A paper copy of the Prospectus is available free of charge to any person in Australia by calling +61 894 864 036 between 9.00am and 5.00pm WST Monday to Friday.
